Conveniently located in Nundah on the Brisbane Northside near the train station and bus stops, the Lounge is a fantastic European-style bar capable of hosting private functions for up to 250 people (in a cocktail setting, before 4pm). After 4pm, The Lounge can cater for up to 80 guests, with guests arriving before 5.30pm. Sections of the bar can be allocated to accommodate your function, with the rest of the bar remaining open for the public to enjoy. Guests may reserve a table for up to 10 people, with a minimum of a $200 spend (allocated to food or drinks).
Breakfast/Morning Tea: up to 100 guests
Lunch: 30 guests - orders placed by 12pm
Dinner: 30 guests - orders placed by 6pm
Two spaces within the Front Bar are available for hire for your next event. Food and drink orders can be ordered individually, pay as you go, or an account with a credit card can be set up. A $200 deposit towards pre-ordered food from our platters and stations menu is required to confirm bookings. The Royal is easy accessible by both private and public transport, especially for guests coming from the CBD.
Board Room & Studio Room
Brisbane Northside is an exciting place to be and The Royal is the perfect venue for your next event or function. This space is perfect for corporate and/or business meetings for up to 30 guests. Also available for hire for private lunch or dinner functions with full waiter service, making the Boardroom & Studio Room now of our most popular function rooms. This smaller function room can be used for break out groups from the Boardroom, or can be hired separately as a meeting space for 6 - 10 guests. Includes: Tables and chairs, White Board & Markers, Paper/Pens, Lolly bowls and iced water station. *prices subject to change
